We develop, publish and manage standards in most areas of society. We are Norway's member in ISO and CEN, and publish NORSOK and Norsk Standard (Norwegian Standard).
The NORSOK standard on Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) was previously an integrated part of NORSOK H-003:2010 but is now becoming a separate standard. We invite the industry to review the proposal for the new standard before November 7.
The NORSOK standard on material selection has been reworked, and has become an independent standard, no longer based on ISO 21457:2010. Several changes have been made to the standard, and we invite the industry to review and comment on the standard by 12 December.
The NORSOK standard for well integrity in drilling and well operations is undergoing a systematic review to ensure the quality of the standard. We invite the industry to give feedback on whether the standard should be confirmed as is, or if it should be revised.

When a company want a certification of their environmental management system, it is done in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001. This is the standard that describes the requirements for a environmental management system.
