Course in NS 8407 Design and build contracts

This course will provide participants with a thorough understanding of the key provisions of a design and build contract and enable your company to establish routines for complying with the most important contractual requirements, including notifications concerning variations, taking over and final account procedures, thereby reducing the risk of liability.  

Participants who wish to do so will receive practical templates after the course that can be incorporated into the company's own procedures.

• Defects and notices of defects

Managing directors and project managers employed by contractors and clients working on projects governed by NS 8407, as well as advisors within the building and construction industry.
