Logging in

Here we address how you can log in if you already have a user account or how register to create a new user account if you are a new customer.

If you are an existing subscriptioncustomer but a new user on our new website

In autumn 2023, Standard Norway launched a new website with a new purchasing platform, including a new subscription solution for standards. If you are a new user in a subscription on our website since then, you must register as a new user, even if you had an account on our previous website. We recommend that you ask your administrator to complete the registration for you.

If you are a new customer

If you are a new customer, you must register on the login page. If your company needs a subscription, please contact us at salg@standard.no or call +47 67 83 87 00.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

It is possible to use Single Sign-On (SSO) as a login for all users from the same organization, either via domain or tenant ID. If you want to use Single Sign-On or if you are wondering if your company already has this set up, please contact us at support@standard.no.

Do you have problems logging in?

In autumn 2023, Standard Norway launched a new website with a new purchasing platform. If you have not logged in since then, you cannot use the same password that you used on our old website.

  • If you have previously had a username and password, you must register as a new user. If you are affiliated with a company, choose company customer, otherwise, choose private customer.
  • If you receive a message that the user is registered, you can click on "Log in," scroll down to the bottom of the page, and request a "Resend activation link." You will receive an activation link to the provided email address, activate your user, and create a new password. Note: We are currently experiencing issues with activation links not being delivered. If it has not appeared in your spam/junk folder, please email support@standard.no for assistance.
  • If you have a subscription, the subscription administrator can also be contacted if you are unsure whether you have a registered user with the right access. Contact the administrator directly if you have questions about access and user information.

NOTE: Office 365 Single Sign-On can only be used if the company has agreed to this with Standard Online AS. Check with the administrator in your company if you are unsure.
