This e-learning course gives an introduction to quality management according to NS-EN ISO 9001. The course is divided into topics and lessons that take you through the standard using examples from companies certified in accordance with NS-EN ISO 9001.
During the course you will have to answer some control questions, and the course ends with a knowledge test. Once passed, you can print a Certificate of completion. You can repeat the course several times and retake the test if you do not pass the first time.

Objectives
The course provides a basic introduction to the standard so that you will be able to establish, implement and maintain a management system for quality. You will gain sufficient knowledge to hold roles such as top manager, quality manager, process owner or other related functions that are part of the quality management system.
Target audience
The course is relevant for quality managers, internal auditors and managers. The course satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001 for competence in the standard.
There is no requirement for prior knowledge for this course.
This e-learning course provides basic knowledge of ISO 9001, and is a preliminary course to the classroom course: "Kurs i NS-EN ISO 9001 Ledelsessystemer for kvalitet".
Duration
Estimated time use is approx. 4 hours, but can be completed at your own pace. The course is available six months from the first login.
