The e-learning course provides an introduction to the standard NS-EN ISO 19011 Guidelines for revision of management systems, which provides theoretical competence for revision of management systems using the international standard NS-EN ISO 19011.

Auditing is the most important tool for verifying that systems and standards are complied with, and for uncovering areas for improvement.

The standard is generic, which means that it can be used for all types of audits, as the standard is based on the audit process itself and not on the type of audit. The course provides examples from real companies.

The course is interactive with control questions along the way and ends with a knowledge test that must be passed. When passed, you can print a Certificate of Training. The course can be repeated several times, and you can retake the test if you do not pass the first time.

To become familiar with the standard and its structure, the course follows the chapters in the standard chronologically:

  • Management of an audit program
  • The revision process

Objectives

The course introduces you to the standard, and enables you to plan and carry out revisions of a management system based on NS-EN ISO 19011.

The course is for audit personnel who perform audits within quality, environment, HSE, suppliers, projects, finance, supervision etc.

Duration

Estimated time use is approx. 4 hours, but can be completed at your own pace. The course is available for six months from the first login.
